We’ll collaborate with you to develop a customised pricing plan that spreads the cost of your service, ensuring optimal performance and maximum value year-round.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Mole Energy Care Plan, a solar servicing and repair membership. Payment is taken by Direct Debit through Mole Valley Farmers.
Eligibility
The Mole Energy Care Plan is available to customers with:
● Solar PV systems installed by Mole Energy
● Solar PV systems installed by other providers (subject to a successful initial inspection)
We reserve the right to decline membership if the system is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for ongoing maintenance.
What’s Included
Your membership includes a service every two years for homeowners and annual for
commercial customers carried out by a qualified Mole Energy engineer. During this visit, we will inspect your solar PV system from the ground, clean the inverter, test all AC and DC electrical connections, and perform full diagnostics to ensure your system is working safely and efficiently.
You’ll receive a written performance and output report after each service. Minor repairs, such as replacing fuses, connectors, are included as part of the service.
Please note that this is a ground-based service only. We do not access or work on the roof as part of this plan.
Extended Workmanship Warranty
A 3-year extended workmanship warranty is exclusively for newly installed systems by Mole Energy. To qualify for this warranty, customers must enroll in the Mole energy Care Plan within 3 months of the systems commissioning date. The extended warranty is only valid if the energy plan payments are being made.
The warranty does not apply to:
● Systems installed by third parties
● Pre-existing faults
● Equipment not supplied by Mole Energy
Member-Only Discounts
Members receive 5% off all system repairs and replacement parts, as well as reduced rates for professional solar panel cleaning. These discounts apply only when services are carried out by Mole Energy or its approved partners and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Technical Support
As a member, you’ll receive access to our support team, including remote diagnostics and output performance reviews following the system service. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding public holidays).
Plan Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time by cancelling your Direct Debit. We ask that you also inform the Mole Energy team so we can update your account.
● If you cancel after receiving a service, you will be liable for the full cost of that service
at our standard rates. Any payments made through your membership will be deducted
from this amount, and you will be invoiced for the outstanding balance if applicable.
● If you cancel before receiving a service, we will refund any payments made under the
plan.
Mole Energy also reserves the right to cancel your membership in the event of unsafe access, unauthorised modifications to your system, or misuse of the service.
Exclusions and Limitations
The Care Plan does not cover:
● Roof-based inspections, cleaning, or maintenance
● Major component replacements (such as inverters, panels, or batteries)
● Damage caused by extreme weather, third-party interference, or improper use
● Loss of energy generation or financial loss due to system downtime
Additional Discounts
Discounts associated with the Care Plan are fixed and exclusive to your membership.
No additional discounts, offers, or promotions may be applied in combination with these
benefits.
General Conditions
● All services are subject to scheduling availability and fair usage
● Services are carried out by Mole Energy engineers or approved contractors
● Mole Energy may update these Terms and Conditions with 30 days’ notice. Continued
use of the plan indicates acceptance of any changes
