Your system will be serviced every two years by one of our qualified engineers as part of the Care Plan.
The Care Plan is designed for a service every two years. If you’d prefer annual servicing, please contact us to discuss other options such as pay-as-you-go or a custom plan.
The Care Plan lets you spread the cost of your two-yearly service with monthly payments. You also get added perks like extended warranty (for Mole Energy systems), discounted repairs, and access to remote diagnostics and expert support.
There’s no fixed contract term. Your plan continues for as long as you keep your Direct Debit active and can be cancelled at any time.

Yes. You can cancel anytime by cancelling your Direct Debit. We do ask that you let our team know so we can update our records.
